Being the person everyone can rely on sounds like a great position to be in.

Your manager trusts you.

Your coworkers come to you when something goes wrong.

You know how the systems work.

You can handle difficult customers.

When something needs to get done, someone probably thinks of you.

That should make your career move forward.
