Take another look at your professional story.
Not just the skills you’ve deliberately listed.
Look at the things you do repeatedly.
The things people ask you for.
The problems you seem to understand quickly.
The work you naturally volunteer for.
The situations where others trust your judgment.
The tasks that feel easy to you but difficult to others.
There may be a pattern.
And that pattern may point toward an opportunity you haven’t considered.
You don’t need to immediately change careers.
You don’t need to rewrite your entire résumé.
Start by identifying the capability.
Then use it more deliberately.
Build evidence.
Try it in a new context.
See whether you enjoy it.
See whether other people value it.
Then decide where it could take you.
Because sometimes career growth doesn’t begin with learning something you’ve never done before.
Sometimes it begins with finally recognizing the value of something you’ve been doing all along.
