Ask yourself:
Why does this keep happening?
Could I learn something by trying to fix it?
Would solving it make me more valuable?
And perhaps most importantly:
Could this experience prepare me for the kind of work I want to do next?
Because careers don’t always move forward through promotions and job applications alone.
Sometimes they move forward because you noticed a problem, decided to understand it, and became the person who could finally do something about it.
That kind of experience can be worth far more than another line on a resume.
